Established by Paul Miller of Gr8 Plate Hospitality in 2010, The Union Kitchen is a neighborhood restaurant that blends Global Cuisine with Southern Hospitality.
Our concept was inspired by the student union at Paul’s alma mater Purdue University, where he played football and was on the wrestling team. We offer “The perfect UNION of good friends and great food”, with a variety of menu items that range from traditional classics to global cuisine prepared straight from a scratch kitchen.
Each of our locations has its own Executive Chef with 20 percent of the menu unique to each location, built specifically for the neighborhoods we serve. We are a proud supporter of Casa de Esperanza, Houston Food Bank and other local charities. We hope to serve you soon at brunch, lunch, Happy Hour or dinner – or all of the above.
